Yeah you can replace it. I would suggest you to go to a mobile repairing shop and get repaired or you can to the service center. They'll charge you for the new display and for their service.

You should mention type of internet. are you using wireless and wire broadband. second think think you need to contact your service provider..

You need to reinstall the software of the phone as its corrupted ,get it done if the phone is still under warranty or else get it done in a local mobile repair center ,do it on your own is risky in the process you may damage the phone permanently ............................

It sound like you have installed internet explorer.

There are a few option you need to run through get it working properly.

Read the page that is desplayed and complete any options it gives you. Once this is done you will not see that page any again.
