this sound me software issue, try to set phone reset by menu settings phone settings and factory settings default code is 12345, and also delete all music because maybe your phone memory is full so the music you dont need to hear delete it make a space on your device also.
Yes you can fix than issue, you can try the following options...delete some unnecessary files...or avoid saving large files to your phone memory, use the memory card instead. Back up ur files to your memory card and try to restore to its Factory Settings..
