E60 Error Code on converted 60Hz outlet

Hi, I'm trying to plug a AEG-Electrolux Lavamat 74800 into a converted outlet (110V to 220V) in Mexico, following a relocation to this country. Bought the washing machine in Germany which runs at 50Hz vs 60Hz in Mexico. E60 keeps showing up, also on the dryer. Is this due to freq?? Checked the electrical installation already twice to ensure adequate voltage and grounding. Called local Electrolux service and they mentioned freq should not be a problem... any idea what I should do? How do I reset the L74800?

The machine is only a year old and was working fine prior to the move. Interestingly enough, the dryer - Lavatherm 57900 - displays the same problem when plugged-in and turning the knob to any position after ca. 3 seconds

I have exact same problem with exact same combo under the exact consequences (relocated, converted outlet).
Did you manage to solve the problem? If so, how?

Hi,

E60- Fault in washing NTC sensor
-Washing NTC sensor, wiring, main PCB

Unplug your washer for 1 hour and then plug it back.See if this reset helps.

The next step is to clean out the filter at the front - remember to
empty the water out first. After a couple of hours, switch the machine
on, press reset and then spin to empty any remaining water.

I received an error EH1 in my AEG electrolux Lavamat L64850l washing machine, how can solve it?

Problems with the electrical power supply, the appliance remains in the alarm state until achieve conditions of work, and stabilizes the voltage and frequency, and the machine resets quenching (controller to the position "0").
Obviously there is a problem in the electrical network so my suggestion is to call your local electrician or try connect power supply from any other room.

How to operate a AEG Washing Machine Electrolux 50hz with 60hz power supply?

In general, it is NOT recommended to operate an appliance 50hz-to-60hz OR 60hz-to-50hz UNLESS the manufacturer specifically says it can do it.
Additionally, you must also account for the voltage (110V vs 220V), which you have not indicated.
Therefore, it is best to get your exact model number and contact the manufacturer, but get ready for disappointment. The larger and more complex the electronic device, the less compatible it is.
Good luck.

My aeg lavamat 41070 washing machine doesn`t work at high temperature ( more then 50 degrees) . At low temps it is working OK/

In the case of insufficient heating appears error code E60 what means replace the NTC sensor. Exclude heater, PCB or relay malfunction because you indicate that the machine is heated to 50 degrees Celsius.

My AEG Lavamat 66600 Washing Machine is showing E60 Message how can I remove it to get the machine working again. Thank you

Please remove the power plug and depress all the buttons on the panel, while the power plug is inserted and power switched on , press on the start/pause/stop. it must restart the controller unit or there can be external or internal errors as designated by E60.
Check the door switch, drain pump and inlet flow.

My AEG Lavamat 62810 keeps coming up with an error code E60. What is this?

On my AEG Lavamat 62810, when I turn on a wash cycle a motor (pump?) runs for 10–20 seconds then the machine switches off, with no error message. When this happened a few weeks agao running a drain cycle seemed to cure it; now the same thing happens on spin/drain/rinse cycles too. Any ideas?

240v 50Hz Zanussi zwf14581w wont start code EH1 with 220v 60Hz

Hi,
EH1 is a fault code that relates specifically to the frequency of the electrical supply. The power board is designed for 50Hz and will notice if it does n't get what its looking for.
You may be able to purchase a new main PCB that works with a 60Hz supply. You would need to contact Electrolux to ascertain whether this would be possible.
