When you turn on your camera, press the menu button. That will bring up the screen that has the orange buttons at the top (Capture) (Setup) arrow down using the buttons on the far right side. The down button will be the dame button that you use to delete pictures with. When you get to the botton of the page continue arrowing down and that will bring up another page. Arrow down until you get to the botton there are only 3 items on this page and the bottom item will say the following:
Date imprint ON
Press your enter button (ok button) and up will pop ON or OFF.
Arrown down to the OFF and press enter and that will remove the date imprint from your pictures.

OK, I FOUND SOME INFO ON A WEBSITE THAT I'M GOING TO HOTLINK FOR YOU. SEEMS LIKE THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN DATE/TIME STAMP A PHOTO IS TO HAVE THE CAMERA IN THE POSTCARD MODE. This model does not support superimposing of date and time on images See page 28 of your manual. You can print date and time on your photos by using Picture Motion Browser

To set the date and time stamp, press the [Menu] button and then use the [arrow down] button to go to the [Date stamp] option in the menu. You can set this to "Date" or "Date & Time". Press the [Menu] button again to exit the menu.
Be
aware that if you take pictures with this option enabled, the Date and
Time cannot be removed from the pictures at a further time. It will
permanently appear on the picture.
