Pc hangs when Everio GZ-MG335 powers up

hi,
it does n"t matter a lot of software is available on inter net, you can find it in google search.

I cannot get my JVC GZ-MG335 camcorder using the dock to transfer to my pc via pinnacle 14 ultimate

my JVC Everio GZ-MG330 keeps saying "recording failure" when i press record. how do i fix this?

You can your go manufactor website and download the software from there server. Do a model search at the website and it should bring back software.

connect vcam to pc via usb cable: then copy thru windows explorer

on pc bottom left: click START>>then click My Computer; win explorer opens
on the right portion you'll see>> Hard Disk Drives, etc.;
then >>Devices with Removable Storage- the location where most probably you'll find your >>hdd vcam- w/some ID- brand?
Double click on it, locate your video/picture files and copy/paste to >> my Documents/my videos (my pictures?) located above Hard Disk Drives.

Import the desired video files to video editing software
