Can not use integrated camera with ideapad - Lenovo IdeaPad S10 (59019958) Netbook

First, try turning on the camera by pressing and holding Fn (second key from the left on the bottom row) and then press Esc (first key on the left of the top row of keys). Release both keys. Many laptops ship without the drivers for the web cam. Go to http://mobilesupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/ideapad-z-series-laptops/ideapad-z580 and download the appropriate driver for your OS.

I recommend you try to reinstall the drivers for the camera. You can get the drivers from lenovo.com > support > idea brand. If its still not detected you need to report it to Lenovo Hardware Support. Its 1 877 453 6686 option 2.Thanks

Try installing the driver of your webcam first. You can check also if the webcam is being detected by the system. Go to control panel then click system icon. Go to hardware and click device manager. The webcam should be listed under imaging device. If there is no imaging device, try pressing Fn key then tap Esc key once. This will enable/disable the webcam of the computer.

Do you remove the camera when u fix the camera? if not, most properly is the camera's software itself need to be adjust.
