Nokia 3230 boot failure or cannot star-up

just make format to your 3230 nokia
this way is better and safe for this mobile model
here are the steps:
1- turn your mobile off
2-press the star button (*) and the number 3 button(3) and the call button and the power button
press them all together at the same time
3-keep pressing for 3 to 6 seconds untill the mobile turn on and the word (formatting) appears on the screen then if the formatting word appears on the screen you can leave the buttons. then wait till it finish
4-your mobile now has a new software as you bought it first time.
notice: this way dont work with all nokia models. this way of format is for 3230 model and some other models only.

well your phone will need full format try this way

Switch-off your phone.

1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone.

Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!


2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory settting.

Contact your nearest Nokia Customer Service point and tell them to Re-flash the software again.

This will fix the problem.

I heard its a problem with flex cable which connects the mother board and UI Board.

Keep pressing 
'Green', ' * ', and ' 3 ' keys and start the phone.
Keep all the buttons pressed till the phone says "Formatting"
The phone formats, starts, and all the data is losts.
But the phone is all OK as before.

you should format the hand set
press *,3,callbutton, and swithon button for few seconds upto "formatting "display comes.if not try some more times
