To level the machine, partly fill it with water. Make sure that the drum is standing in the middle of the machine and then adjust the machine until the water is at the same level all around at the nearest set of holes to the water. Check that the drum is still in the center of the outer drum. Make sure that the adjusting feet are all firmly on the floor and that you cannot rock the machine at all by hand. A top loader must be 100% level or it will shake.

Spinning cycle
When it is spinning, there is no agitation. Why? there is 1 motor with 2 directions to provide sinning and agitation by 2 different mechanisms. The sound from spinning, and rinsing could be some worn out parts from the mechanism need to be inspected and replaced accordingly such as the pulley, the clutch, the brake and 8 springs from bottom tube hung to the chassis to keep the tube balance under the load. Loud noise during spin cycle
is it more like a roar or a train going by? if so your rear tub bearing is going out. very expensive have to replace the tub, basket, spinner ring and shaft and seals about 4 hrs for an exprienced tech to do took me 7 hrs to do for the first time. but it will be very close to $1000 to have done not much less to do it yourself.
