Remove the head by removing the cartridges and lifting the leaver on the cartridge holder.
Then follow the steps in the link below.

Sounds like the printer head is clogged or damaged.
I believe that sequence stands for (error sending data to print head). Not sure if it can be repaired or not, its hit or miss with the canon printers.
The ip series, the heads were removable and the whole section could be replaced. Give canon a call and see if thats possible with the i350 series. Worse case you will have to replace the whole printer.
Green and yellow is a service error, but it flashes a longer green, and then the green yellow flashes, and a longer green again. You need to count the number of yellow-greens in between the longer green flashes, to know the error code.
