Hello, I bought 3 channel IR Gyro helicopter (gyropter last week in JCPenney in Orlando but I didn't test and now I am back to Brazil and executed the steps to charge and tried to start flying but the helicopter cannot rise up. In all the tests the helicopter fall down on left or right and it is impossible rise up. I tried to move the throttle up to increase the speed of the main rotor and the helicopter cannot rise up. When I open the package I realised that stabilizer had only one propeller connecting rod on the upper properlier, is that correct? I connect other spare part in another rod and try to start fly but the same problem happened. Pls, Could you help me to try fly and rise up the helicopter? Thanks, Cido

either stripped the main gear inside the heli or the main blades where they slide on the shaft. you should be able to buy a replacement set of blades. try that and see if it'll fly.

Make sure that the balancer wheel/rotor at the rear is not damaged while it had the fall/hit.
If so make sure that the tails is rectified. Once the rear is damaged the helicopter stabilizes on the movement of the rear rotor as the top main rotors need a counter balance.
So it is possible that this mechanism is damaged and must be recitfied.

I solved this same problem by removing the canopy and realigning the helix shaft with the motor gear. The small screwdriver provided will work. Be careful of the front white LED light when pulling the canopy off.
