Transfering music from my computer to sansa 250 player

I used to be able to transfer music from my computer to my sansa 250 mp3 player. Now When I try to tranfer or SYNC I get failed messages. I realise that upgrading my windows player to a newer version 10,-might have caused this. I have nereo 6 & Rapsody programs but they dont work? Is there anything I can do to solve this problem without spending more money?
Thanks Dave

Music not synchronized

Try going to the actual file the music is in on your computer, then right click Send To sansa 250. If that doesn't work look on the options menu for USB mode and change it, that works on my 280.

Sansa 250 - Having problems downloading music?

You could try opening the folder(s) with your saved music and highlight all the ones you want to transfer to your mp3 player and then right click on one of the highlighted files, left click on Copy, then go to My Computer > Sansa e250 mp3 player should be listed in there, double click on it, then right click in a open white area and left click Paste. It should copy the music right to your player. You could also try using Rhapsody and import your music into it. I use Rhapsody for transferring music to my e250 Sansa mp3 player.
