I own a 2 cycle mini tiller craftsman and I need a manual for it. I want to tune up tiller it's blowing smoke.

Squeeze it. Im assuming it's foam. If its paper, buy a new one.

some primer bulbs come as an assembly and have two clips that snap into the housing others are bolted in with 2 screws if so remove the screws and make sure to take what is left of bulb to match up the new one

Your situation is puzzling and in fact on the Sears site with your tillers' parts list, they state the manual is no longer available with no replacement either. See item no. 92 on parts list.

Craftsman part numbers will help on this search. Typically 3 digits separated by a '.' such as 345.45687

Take the fuel line off at the carb. Blow back to the tank. Attach the fuel line to the carb. Try it. If no luck...Take the line off at the pump and blow back. Attach the line and try. If no luck...As long as all the wiring is correct, clean or replace the pump. Good luck...Lee

Carburetor needs to be rebuilt or replaced. Replaced would be my choice.
