Hi, that indicates that either the fan motor is not working/ blocked or the dryer thermistor (thermostatic sensor) is playing up. Of course, the pcb reads the sensor so it could also be that causing the error.
Try pressing the "on" and "start" button together for over 5 seconds..............or till the display vanishes.
