If it is a normal chronograph watch, this is how to set the minutes and hours back to zero: first pull the crown out all the way to the time changing position, then simultaneously push in the top and bottom chronograph pushers for at least a count of five-- (on most watches the large second hand will sweep quickly once around the face from where it's at and stop there.) then after that, you use the top pusher to set the second hand, so push the top button around the face until it is set to zero. If the hour hand of the chronograph is off, you would then do the same using the bottom pusher to set it to zero as well. At this point you simply push the crown back in, and it should be set back to zero from then on. I have seen a couple watches in the past that did not require the second step though--pushing the top and bottom buttons in at the same time--I just pulled the crown out all the way and the chronograph minutes and hours could be be pushed back to the zero position, but usually you have to follow that step, hope this works for you, if it doesn't, well, try yelling at it before you start again--that seems to work well for me. Good luck.
