Red light display in man and star symbol in sharp AR5516 photo copier machine

That's a serviceman light and the star (circle of dots) means your machine is due for a developer change.

press 14 and start key twice.
copier should restart normaly.

If not, then you have problems with the fuser

main motor gear broken,please change it

press and hold light key until all red lights blink and enter 11
to add new user code and start button to set .to exit press lighter key.

We have bought this machine on Date-28/07/2011 and it is still in warrenty. now already 11,000 copies put it And the now machine shows F2 indication after starting and the company not repairing it. And the after sell service of company is not good.We tell the company to change the the machine or repair and they neither repairing it nor changing the part.
I request you to solve my problem please.

A circle with dots around it indicates that the machine requires a developer change.
This should only be carried out by an engineer but you can still use the machine whilst this status light is up.

A red man indicates that a routine service is required.
