Take it into a local jeweler for repair and service. It is a nice watch, $1,500 new and worth fixing professionally.

Personally, I would return it to the Invicta Service Centre in case it needs parts. It will also come back with a warranty on the repair.

google "kingsnake" and look at the images. See if any of them look like your new friend. BTW, they kill rattle snakes so they are your friend.

Have you tried your local watch shop?

Unless the strap has an unusual fitting, a standard type should do the job.

It is easy for anyone who did it, but for the first time can be quite tricky. You have to take small screwdriver or pocket knife and insert the blade between strap/band and watch case lug (where the band is attached to watch), then pry it inwards applying some pressure. It will release the spring lug and the band will come off. You may need to repeat this on the other side of band as well. Rate me,plz.

The Lupah is a quartz movement so try having the battery replaced.
