I'm doing some repair on a Karcher model K 2400 HH. Are there any repair manuals or diagrams for them? I have been on many websites including the Karcher site and can find nothing. I know they want you to take them in but a guy should at least be able to see a diagram or an exploded parts view. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Rich Schneider.

I find this link and gives a good breakdown of Karcher PW in ALL PARTS. It does not have K 2400, but try this link for K240. You can tell whether it covers your machine or not.

Operating Manuals Karcher 302 presser washer

do you want a "how to use the machine" or "parts diagrams" or "how to repair" ?

"how to use" is the same for all pressure washers...........

i guess you own a KB 302 1.994-923.0 but karcher dont list this "operators manual"

this is for the k 370 :
http://www.sparesgiant.com/media/import/karcher/k370%20op%20man.pdf

If you have a Karcher then you should always post your machines barcode.
The karcher barcode is on a silver sticker and is usually 15 digits long. Example 156987400000123 is actually model 1.569-874.0 and serial number 00123....

I have a K2400 HH pressure washer. When I started using the machine this year, the pressure would last for a moment or two than quit. When I would shut off the pressure and wait a few minutes and start...

sounds like a weak or worn out unloader valve spring.

You can find parts online through Karcher or Ebay if you wish.

I hope this helps!

No pressure / Karcher G 2400 HH

Hi ruthkapres:
Here is a diagram. The unloader/spill valve is #12 on page D2 or F2 depending on your model. You must pull it out, inspect the o-rings for dents or tears and make sure the valve is lubricated with a good water proof lubricant.

Pressure washer that leaks oil through the air breather

Most likely your air filter is plugged or dirty, or the crank case vent valve needs to be cleaned.if it still does it check that the oil level is at the full mark, if overfilled it would cause the same problem.

Need help getting to an cleaning stuck unloader valve on a Karcher G 2400 HH Pressure washer. Thanks

The cart body makes this process a little confining but it can be carried out without removing the pump from the motor.

Diagram courtesy of: pressureparts.gif

7fb3f7d.png
  1. Refer to assembly 9 in the diagram. Remove the splash cup by working the push-on nut off the top of the cup.
  2. Remove two Torx fasteners (13) and twist the nylon valve retainer gently while pulling up to remove it. Be aware of the small parts under the retainer.
  3. The objective is to get the valve (12) out of the bore (A). Connect the hose and wand to the pump, make sure the wand valve is closed. Connect the water supply to the pump and turn on the water flow.
  4. Place a shop towel over the valve bore and with the throttle in the off position, pull the start cord briskly several times to see if enough pressure builds to pop the valve out of the bore. If not, set the throttle to low and start the engine. Unless the valve bore is really corroded, this should pop the valve out.
  5. If this process fails, you may have to unmount the pump and employ a more brutal approach that will likely require a new valve.
I have worked on my washer for the last 2-3 years to keep it going but I've opted to replace the pump this year. My replacement is an "AR RMV2G25D" (~$170) .
