Good evening, I bought a Lexmark printer Intuition S505 this month and now after few weeks on the screen, when I try to scan, it appears this sentence: Downloading scan application list from your computer.Please wait. and then that the printer didn't find anything. What can I do? I hope you will have the right suggestion and this inconvenience will never happen anymore.

resintall your driver or scanner/printer management suite. Drivers for these sort of all in ones, get corrupted by little things, like power glitches, all the time.

I had the same problem and was told if I was using Google Chrome to use Internet Explorer instead, I did and it took care of the problem.

I messed with the 5650 for a year trying to get it to scan and kept getting the "Downloading application List" problem. I fixed this by throwing it away and buying a Canon All-In-One. Problem solved! No more Lexmark junk for me. This is the third Lexmark that just quit working after a short time. They are POS.
