Have pictures on C drive of PC windows XP but can't seem to load onto frame frame plugged into USB port says "use PC interface to copy files" but not loading even tried mozilla firefox companion
so frustrated
I had the same problem. I use kodak easyshare software and load my pics on to that. Then put all the pics you want in the picture tray. Have your frame plugged into the computer with your usb cord. Then go up to File menu and drop down to "copy to". On my computer it is Folder "E" which is the drive the frame is connected to. Then pick from the Resize drop down menu " best for picture frame', then click copy. You will see the program loading all the pics to E drive. When done, unplug usb cord and you will see it loading on your pic frame. As easy as this is to do, I found it frustrating as well, but when it works, it is easy. Hope this helps
I have the pictures in my External Hard Drive. When I turn on the Kodak Frame, the message is "Connected to computer. Use PC interface to copy files" I can not view my pictures on the frame. Please help.

do not understand how to load pictures from the hard drive onto the frame
I can't transfer pictures on my computer to my digital frame.
I have the same problem. It will copy some of the pictures but not ALL............any ideas? It seems like the ones it won't copy are the ones that are scanned. But they have been saved onto my hard drive and transferred to kodak easy share software. From the software it wont copy to the frame. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
