It sounds like you may have either too slow of water flow moving through the heater ( caused by a dirty filter ), or you may have a bad high limit sensor. Check to see that the filter is clean first.

Drained my 2000 Great Lakes Spa now OH is displayed when I turn up the heat it kicks out the breaker..

OH is overheat due to insufficient water flow through the heater.
Common Causes:
  • Gate valves not opened/partially closed.
  • Air trapped in suction lines or pump
  • Blocked suction fitting
  • Dirty filter
  • Restricted water discharge lines

Try remove filter cartridge and run spa.
Check pressure switch for continuity.
Unplug & plug hi limit sensor.

Whered can I purchase a printed circuit board for 8203 series spa and what is the cost?

OH is the Over-Heat event code. Not likely related to the board, this comes up for a number of reasons -
Flow issues cause the heater tube to get too hot. Dirty filter, suction blockage, low water level etc...
Hi Limit sensor has failed or the temperature sensor reading incorrectly.
Usually its a flow related problem

Hi have problem with canadian spa (balboa mrspa1) control panel digital reading when turned on goes to OH,circulation pump will not run

OHS, OH, or SPA TEMP LMT Message There is an "Over Heated Spa" (OHS or OH) Water Condition.

One of the Water Temp Sensors has detected 110Ā°F (43.3Ā°C) Incoming Water Temp and Spa Functions are Disabled. System will Auto Reset when Water Temp is below 108Ā°F (42.2Ā°C). Check for Extended Pump Operation or High Ambient Temp, or contact your Dealer or Service Organization.

Spa Water Cool Down
ā€¢ In order for the Spa Water Overheat Error Message to Automatically Reset and Clear, the Spa Water Must Cool to below 108Ā°F (42.2Ā°C).
ā€¢ Check the Topside Panel Display to see if the "OHS", "OH", or "SPA TEMP LMT" Spa Water Overheat Error Message has Cleared. If the Error Message has Not Cleared, the Spa Water is still too Hot to Continue Testing.
ā€¢ Either Wait for the Spa Water to Cool Below 108Ā°F (42.2Ā°C), or Exit Now and Retest at a Later time.

My hot tub had a OH where the temp usually is, then went blank and i wasnt able to reset it. i just replaced the cord and resiliconed around the temp readout

This is probally your temp sensor. Where it is on your system is hard to say. If you have a book on the system it will be in there.

QCA Opal hot tub display reading OH.

The tub experienced an overheat situation. This may be due to leaving the t stat turned all the way up and not monitoring or the hi-limit sensor is defective. The hi-limit sensor will shut down the heating cicuit if temp gets above 105 D optimally.the fact that the heater light is on is a good sign that things are working at this point.Whether or not a suitable temp(100-103 D) will be arrived at is to be seen. If spa heat kicks off before set temp is reached then replace hi-limit sensor.

It is no longer brewing really hot coffee. I drained all the water out and now I am wondering how many caraffes of water to put in initally?

Oh no. ... ok don't panic.... put in the same amount of water your coffee Caraffe holds. If the coffee maker is one of the kinds I recall, it holds water and heats it while you pour in another pot, it pushes the hot water out to fill your caraffee pot. Then you will have to add one more pot only.

When the water quits heating it is a heating element that is acting up. Sometimes the fuse finally gives up. The trick is locating and removing fuse, and replace heating element. These require a service tech to do because of soldering, and making sure the electrical parts are put back in place properly.
