Download an htc sync update or anything similar from the official htc website.
it is probably located at some sort of support service in the website.

Wont connect to pc

Thanks for visiting FixYa!

Your phone connects to your PC through either 'Active Sync' (for windows XP) or 'Windows Mobile Device Center' (for Vista or Windows 7).

After downloading the program you need, restart your PC then connect the phone to your PC with a USB cable.

Click to Download: Active Sync (Windows XP)

Click to download: Windows Mobile Device Center (Windows Vista / Windows 7)

Let me know the answers to below mentioned questions please: 1. How/where can I get Skype on my HTC-HD2 phone? 2. How/where can I get yahoo messenger for my phone? (kindly note that they are'nt exist...

Your phone runs WM6.5, right? If so, here I go:
1) Some time ago, I uploaded the last version released by Skype prior to discontinuing support for WM. You can download it from this location.
2) Unfortunately, I don't have an Yahoo Messenger cab file to be installed on your phone. However, you can fire up an internet browser on your phone and type in 'web.im' in the address bar. You'll be prompted to log in to your Yahoo account. I have never tested this method, since I boarded the Android boat 9 months ago.
3) A long time ago, I posted these tips about syncing WM phones. Hope they might be useful to you, somehow.
Hope all of the above work for you.
Anyway, please, let me know if I can assist you any further.
Regards, Carlos

Well for your information microsoft wm 7 so far is not coming to Htc hd2. But if you want to enable the 567MB Ram then you have to flash your phone with the After market cooked roms. You can go on xda-developers.com and click on the forums choose Htc hd2 and then rom developments. If you need any futher help let me know thanks.
