If you are doing a full reinstall of your vista system using a genuine disc then you should be able to choose English during the reinstall.I hope this helps .

Display language english --> Espanol 1 MENU 2 Initial setting" --> OK 3 Display settings" --> OK 4 Change language" --> OK 5 Select the desired setting. 6 OK-->OFF
You need to insert the OS dvd and while restarting the machine it will ask you to boot from the DVD. After while it will ask you about the language. Seleect English and proceed. It will take care of the issue. You data on the drive where you are installing your os now will be formated. So make sure either you take back up or place the data on a different drive.

First push the APPS key. A long alphabetical list will appear and in the list will be various languages EXCEPT English. Scroll down and pick any language--say Espanol --and hit ENTER. The Texas Instruments screen will appear and you will have a choice of pressing 1 for Espanol or 2 for English. When you press 2 the next screen that comes up will say ENGLISH DEFAULTS SET. Just press any key and you're set to go.
