If you are having problems with your sound
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound, video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers
click start control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers make sure you have selected the
(((appropriate speakers))) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there
also
click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar
if his does not fix the problem

have you tried this control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand, system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable) also you might check
the speakers plug/outlet is usually at the back of the computer you will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good
try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit dust causes static to build up in a computer
hope this helps

My creative A220 multimedia speakers system is not working...power lamp is off even though there is power output from the stepdown transformer...all continuoities are okay...what could possibly be oth

You have a bent blade, the bend is toward the edge of one the blades. The best way to tell is compare both blades to see which one is bent.

I had the exact same problem, where my mower would cut a strip 2" deeper that the rest of the cut. My blade was bent down, sounds like your blade was bent up. New blades are very cheap too, like $12.

Hi I got a belkin CoolSpot Anywhere Ultra cooling pad for my laptop but it doesn't work now because the usb is bent. How do I fix this?

Just cut the end off that is bent. Locate a cheap USB extension cord (6 inch is all you need) Cut the 6 inch cord in half and strip the insulation back 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Do the same application with the end attached to the cooling device. With a soldering iron (25 Watt pencil iron) solder the like ends of the exposed wires together. If you have Shrinkable insulation that is a good cover and simple to use. If not use a good insulation tape to cover the soldered wires. That is it!

My woofer is giving a loud 'buzzing' sound when it is switched on.

Make sure your amp's power cord does NOT have a pin cut off. If it was designed to have a 3 pin plug and one was cut off, than u would have this kind of problem

Left ear doesnt give out sound

there are two reasons for which your left ear head phone is not working:
1.If the insulation between the wires(copper leads inside the cord) fails....the two leads gets short circuited and it will stop working...OR some times the cord ll be looking good but inside one of the leads got cut then one of the headphones fails...
the solution for the above problem is dont wrap the cord...this ll lead to cut or insulation failure....
2.the speaker in the left head phone got failed...
dont forget to rate me...
good luck...

My reciever plays then cuts out

They don't overload from missing speakers. I'm curious, what buggered the one speaker?

Examine all of your speaker wires carefully to be sure no unintended contact is made between them and anything else.

Is "overload" being displayed?

“OVERLOAD” starts flashing on the display.

Speakers are overloaded because of high volume.

1. Press STANDBY/ON on the front panel to turn off the receiver.
2. Stop the playback source.
3. Turn on the receiver again, and adjust the volume.
----------------
Speakers are overloaded because of short circuit of speaker terminals.

Press STANDBY/ON on the front panel, then check the speaker wiring.

If “OVERLOAD” does not disappear after turning on the receiver again, unplug the AC power cord, then plug it back in again.
If speaker wiring is not short-circuited, contact your dealer.
