Journal print out for over 1 month ago

Hello,
I sent a fax on 30th June from the Panafax and now need proof the fax was sent to that number but I don't have a receipt!
Is there any way I can get a print out/record for that far back? At the moment if I print journal, its only going back as far as 11 July...?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

Sorry but no, the unit does only keep the last 100 journal pages in its transaction log. This usually covers a time span of 2-5 days only on a machine used in a business environment.

Need to confirm details of when and what number a fax was sent approx 15 days ago.

The only way to check old transfer info for faxes is by printing out the journal. The way to do this varies from fax to fax, but most often is either with it's own button "reports" (and then "fax journal"), or by choosing "print reports" in the regular menu. The journal is emptied during power outs, so if you have had a power failure since, you cannot get the information. Additionally, the only info you will get from this is to where/from where the fax was sent, and if it was successful. Any information on the actual fax content is unavailable.

well sir cheek your cable that is concocted to the fax from telephone
maybe its crashed are distortion in line,
coz fax is not do this with out any big problem

In the - IND. XMT JOURNAL - the destination number is wrong

to set the com journal, press function-7-4-set-1-2-set-2-set-stop

to check the phone number you could look in function-7-1-set- keep hitting set till you see the phone number
