I need the foot peadal and instuction maual for the globe lock m23a-7 overlocker. where can i get it from

I have the same machine same problem did you get it working and if yes what did you do.

Not sure how to get it unjammed but I know that if overlockers/sergers aren't threaded properly they can jam up like that. The last time that happened to me... broken looper.

Open up the front and start clipping threads... Gently rock the hand wheel to see if it loosens as you get thread released.

Honestly I suspect that your machine has locked up because it's been knocked out of time. If you still have problems take it in and have it serviced.

The globe should be screwed in place by about a quarter turn

No you do not need the filter to pick up glass. If you are vacuuming up dust/dirt then use the filter.
