Just clean shower head or faucet with CLR to increase water flow. I have same problem
Rheem will say to contact installer.
This is a water or plumbing issue ranging from incoming water temperature, temperature setting, water flow restriction, bad PC board, or possibly loose wiring.

Good research, bubba! Note that error code chart shows 'Possible Cause.' Suggested fix of increasing water flow might include changing cartridge on single-handled faucet, or replacing mixing valve, or replacing check valve, or replacing re-circulation pump, cleaning filters, repairing softener, installing pressure tank, cleaning aerators and pipes, calling city services, bad tankless sensor, etc. Typically an error code on one tankless unit can have completely different cause and solution than another tankless unit. But it does give a place to start. Buy Brady BTG-100 pressure gauge.
