Can not remove application - Nokia E63 Cell Phone

If you mean an application, or "app," that you or someone else installed, you go to Settings -> Application Manager, then navigate to the application you wish to remove. Select the name of the application, then uninstall. If you're referring to a preloaded application you may not be able to remove it. Using the above process you may be able to disable the application so that you won't see it anymore, but some you will not be able to remove without rooting the tablet.

If you only want to remove the icon from a menu screen but not uninstall, then you click and hold on the icon until the "Remove" trash can shows up, then drag the icon to the trash can.

If you're trying to do something else, you really should consider using Google. It's going to get you an answer to these types of common, simple questions much more quickly.

Removing Applications:
On your blackberry, go to Options > Advanced Options > Applications. Scroll through the list and highlight the one you want to remove.
Click on it, choose Delete.
It will ask you if you are sure, choose Delete. It may ask you to reset your device after removing the program


Changing Permissions on Applications
On your blackberry, go to Options > Advanced Options > Applications.

There are two very good software removal applications I can recommend you use, which will allow you to cleanly and safely remove unwanted software applications from your Mac.

One is called App Cleaner and the other is called AppZapper.

Both of these applications are easy to download, install and use.

They also remove the master applications, their main files and directories, but will not remove any child files (i.e. files you created from the original application), just in case you want to re-install the same application you delete once again, for any reason.

They are free to try and inexpensive to buy, so give one (or both) of these software removal apps a try.

Please uninstall the previous version of Microsoft Office application, then try repairing the Office 2007 application.
To remove the previous version of application, please visit the following link.

Select the proper application, to remove the previous version of Office.

Once you have removed the previous version office, please try repairing the application, to repair the application.
1.Press and Hold Windows Key + R key, this will launch the Run command Prompt, now in Run command Prompt type "appwiz.cpl" (Without codes).
2.This will open Application features/ ADD and remove Programs Window.
3.Now in the Programs and features/ ADD and remove Programs window please try to locate the Office professional application is listed, click on it and select the Change option.
4.This will open another Dialogue box with "Repair" and "Add and remove feature" options.
5. Select the repair option, it will repair the application and Office Professional is good to use.

At the top of the facebook page, to the right is "Settings". when you put the curser over it, a drop down menu shows.
Click on application settings. A list of recently used apps shows. at the right of each application is an x. click on the x to remove the application.

Reload the BlackBerry Device Software by following these steps:

1. Install the BlackBerry Device Software on your computer.
2. Connect the BlackBerry device to the computer.
3. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
4. Complete one of the following:
5. 1. If the Application Updates Available window appears, click Update Now. The Application Loader wizard appears.
   2. If the Application Updates Available window does not appear, double-click Application Loader. The Application Loader wizard appears.
6. Click Next.
7. If prompted, enter your BlackBerry device password and click Next.
   
   When the Application Loader wizard is finished examining the configuration on the BlackBerry device, the Device Application Selection screen appears listing the applications available for installation.
8. Select the check boxes next to the applications you want to load. Check boxes that are already selected represent applications that already exist on the BlackBerry device. If you clear those check boxes, the applications will be removed from the BlackBerry device.
9. Click Next.
10. If the On the Device Backup screen appears, choose whether or not to automatically back up the BlackBerry device.
11. Click Next.

Inspite of this if you find the same error, you need to follow the steps:

1. Remove the battery from the BlackBerry device.
2. If a media card is inserted in the BlackBerry device, remove it.
3. Connect the BlackBerry device to your computer using the USB cable.
4. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager and click Option > Connection Settings.
5. In the Connection Settings window, click Detect. Make sure the BlackBerry device is detected.
6. Close the Connection Settings window.
7. In BlackBerry Desktop Manager, double-click Application Loader.
8. In the Application Loader wizard, click Next to start the loading process. The Device Application Selection screen appears displaying the applications available to load onto your BlackBerry device.
9. Select the check boxes next to the applications you want to load. Check boxes that are already selected represent applications that already exist on the BlackBerry device. If you clear those check boxes, the applications will be removed from the BlackBerry device.
10. Click Next. The Completing the Application Loader Wizard appears listing the applications to be installed and removed from the BlackBerry device.
11. Click Advanced.
12. Select the Erase all application data check box, and then click Next.
13. Select the check box beside Do not automatically backup the application data during the loading process. This check box is selected because the data on the BlackBerry device may be corrupt.
14. Reinsert the battery into the BlackBerry device.
15. On the Application Loader wizard, click Next to proceed with the loading process.
16. When the process is complete, the Application Loader wizard will display the following message: The loading operation was successful.
17. Reinsert the media card if one was removed earlier.
18. Close the Application Loader wizard.

You might not be able to remove those applications because these applications are embedded with the phone by default. You can only remove the applications which you install using Java or any other program.

Hi, this is how to remove application's specific settings:
"REMOVING APPLICATION-SPECIFIC SETTINGS  To remove an application-specific setting: 
1. In the TOOL list, select the tool from which you want to remove the application-specific setting.  Then, in 
the APPLICATION list select the application you want to remove. 
2. Click on the APPLICATION list’s [ – ] button.  In the dialog box that appears, click DELETE to confirm your 
selection.  The selected application is removed from the list, along with any custom tool settings that you 
may have created for it. 
Hint: To quickly remove all application-specific settings from a single tool, remove the tool from the TOOL list.  
Then place the tool back on the tablet.  The tool will be added back to the TOOL list using the default settings."
