My Garmin ique 3600 won't come.

Hi, I have a Garmin ique 3600 and it's not powering up even when I have it on charge over night...I reset the unit and nothing comes up,("no lights") it doesn't even do a hotsync..(Thank you)

I have the same problem, except mine's a iQue M3 running on Windows Mobile 2003.
