Hi i have a samsung SCH-W339 mobile the problem is i have inserted many sim cards but it displays limited service instead of displaying the sim name and i cant make outgoing calls neither i recieve incoming calls it says the caller as switched off even though the phone is on and displays error message as emergency calls only when i make calls i have also tried to reset the settings to default but nothing worked please help me its urgent-bonefirediv.

1. Your sim card is not in the right position. Take out your battery and your sim card. Make sure it is in the right position. Also make sure no dust or dirt where the sim card goes. Put the sim card back in your phone and battery. Turn it on. See if the insert sim card goes away.

2. If it goes not, then you will need a new sim card. Go to your local service provider store to get a new one.

Remove battery off , keep aside for a 15 mintues. replace with GSM sim to test,if there is no detection of the network- hope the SIM is a valid one- the possibility of the main board having an hardware error is for sure. there is notmuch to do , might try to reset as a last resort. If not get help from Samsung

Its purely network problem. Dont try again and again with the same solutions. Switch off the mobile for some time, remove battery, and sim card, and put them again after some time and switch it on. In samsung, while switching on, it will show the service providers name in the start up screen. if it shows, then it should work. If it doesnt work, some problem with the sim card. try to replace it. or otherwise general operation in selecting the network shud help.

You need to call up your Service Provider regarding this, the phone might be locked and needs to be unlock for you to use a different Sim card on the phone.

hey dude in go 2 ur camera setting and change memory in use mmc . sch w339 hav a problem in bluetooth .. so make ur phone memory free and use only mmc it will help u , if that is not working just format ur mmc
