Before installing your software you should uninstall your old webcam driver and let the computer download the driver for you.
To do this go to the start menu on your computer and right click on computer and select properties. once the properties screen pops up click on device manager on the left. Find your webcam driver, right click it and select uninstall. after you have uninstalled it at the top of that screen you will see action, click that followed by scan for hardware changes...follow the prompts, install your new software, restart your computer and you should be good to go.
