Use floppydrive to select driver / dump server media & drivers into on folder.use windows unattended cdcreator to create media with drivers

SOURCE: LSI Web BIOS won't start?

I have a LSI 8888ELP on a Asus P5Q Deluxe and had the same problem with not being able to access the Web BIOS.

What I found was I could access the Web BIOS if I disconnected the hard drive that plugged into the onboard controller.

The SCSI driver is required to installed during the initial boot up for installation when additional drivers are asked .the new models dont come with a Floppy drive so an external floppy drive can be used .The detection of HDD s must be at the startup by the Bios os SCSI card.
