SOURCE: LSI Web BIOS won't start?

I have a LSI 8888ELP on a Asus P5Q Deluxe and had the same problem with not being able to access the Web BIOS.

What I found was I could access the Web BIOS if I disconnected the hard drive that plugged into the onboard controller.

I have transfered a LSI20160 SCSI card to my new 64-bit Windows 7 PC, but I cannot find a proper driver for the card.

I'm assuming its a driver issue.
The installation cannot proceed. Can the Vista Driver be used? Or do I need a Windows 7 specific SCSI driver?
If the Vista SCSI driver can be used how does one use the Vista driver with a "Clean" install?
