Hi,

First download the software from the link below:
http://www.softforall.com/Utilities/FileDisk/Digital_Photo_Recovery09040127.htm
Your memory card tends to be corrupted, recover the photos and videos from the software. Then try with new memory card.

Hope this helps.

Hello there,

Formatting your sd card would mean wiping out all the data in it. So this means all those 2years video were deleted. However, you can use a data recovery software to recover the deleted files on your micro sd. Download a free tool called Recuva.

Please click on the link below to automatically download:
http://www.filehippo.com/download/file/b029ccf7e1177ea0f016589859db774ce4e62c9e77c45e135efa9d1bb9f6cc3a/

Then install to your computer and the wizard will guide you. Just make sure you're camcorder is attached to your computer and look for the drive letter associated to it.

If you need further assistance, please let me know.

Need help working my camcorder/camera

In order to record, the camera needs to have a memory card installed. This particular camera needs an SD format card. If the camera does not have a card installed, the card is not properly formatted, or the card is full, you will not be able to record. Also, these cards have a write protect lock tab. Make sure that the tab is not in the lock position. The card should be formatted FAT32. If you can read the card on your computer, make sure it is not full and that the card is formatted FAT32. If you have another camcorder or camera that uses SD cards, you might want to try formatting the card, just to be sure.

I bought an sd micro chip for my jazz dv151 camcorder, but everytime i put the chp in it reads memory full. The chips work in anything else but wont work in the camcorder. How do I fix this?

Whats the size of your SD Micro chip? Is it 4GB or larger?

You probably bought a SD-HC chip (wich includes 4GB and larger chips). Any SD card that is bigger than 2GB is in this HC-format and will only work if the device supports it.

As you can see here in the description, your device does infact only support SD cards up to 2GB. http://www.amazon.com/Jazz-DV151-Digital-Video-Camera/dp/B001F7MXJS

I guess you will need to use smaller ones in order to make them work with your camcorder.

Best regards from Germany :)

When i try to format the SDHC 8GB memory card the recording screen display's (Waiting....) for about 1 to 2 second's, then goe's to the normal recording screen and when i push the record button it...

Hi, look here's what to do, get yourself, or access to, A Computer, and a USB SD card reader, now, insert your 8GB SD card into the reader/writer, It will show up as a HDD in My Computer, and then, Format it FAT32. Now return it to the Camcorder, when turned on again, the Camera NOW should "See" the SD card. You may even be asked if you wish to Format, again, say YES, and do so, if NOT asked that;s OK too. as, you should now be able to, in either case, be able to have access to the SD card, and can change your phone settings accordingly, the extra storage will simply be "Picked Up" by the Camcorders software.
If this doesn't happen, then there maybe a problem with THAT SD card or the Camcorder? try another SD card before thinking the camcorder has a problem though.

I have the Everio 30BG and have downloaded all the files onto my computer, however there is a message showing 'insufficient space' when I try to record, and yet there are not files. HELP>

Are you saving to the micro SD card or to the HDD? You need to go into your menu options to ensure that you are saving to the HDD automatically. Sometimes I used to save to the SD for pics and the HDD for video (set up in the menu). Maybe you are deleting the HDD files but automatically recording to the full SD card?! Check

Memory card error replaced card but still get error message?

Is it the SD memory card? or the Micro HDD(4GB) you're pertaining to. In case of micro hdd not detected or error, micro hdd socket(CF) assembly has a problem most likely, need to be replaced. SD card; check your SD card's capacity, it can handle only up to 2GB or try to format your card elsewhere and re insert it again in your camcorder, if it will prompt you "FORMAT SD CARD?" you're lucky

Problem with the mini SD Card

Thats weird! This is the right size of SD card for your camcorder. http://www.tristatecamera.com/lookat.php?sku=1GBSD80MINI&stsid=CANHG10 Did you try one of the same size?If yes then Did you try an adapter like this one? http://www.nextag.co.uk/INTEGRAL-Micro-SD-Card-1508586241/uk/prices-html?nxtg=16420a280d0a-59E6FEB3CB48EF1E You should get an adapter of appropriate size and place the micro SD card in the adapter and then insert the adapter into the camcorder.
