Hi am using htc hd2 and it was working fine but suddenly its giving an error wrong password whever i put ma code to get to the home screen n i do remember my password but its not working plz help me out.

1. At you Home Screen, press the Menu button then tap "Settings."
2. Scroll down to "Privacy" and select it.
3. Now tap "Factory data reset."

I'm sorry, but I think you will need to contact T-Mobile for support. Call them from another phone at 1-800-T-Mobile.
If you don't care much about the info on the phone, then do a hard reset to factory defaults.

Hello, what sim network in your phones? Are you still used t-mobile sim card? Or you have change that sim card before? it seems you phones unlocked and you need HTC Touch HD2 unlock code so you can access your phones again. Try call T-mobile customer service and requested HTC unlock code for your phones, this process needs 1-2 weeks before you get that unlock code and don't forget to prepare some money to pay charge from t-mobile. If you need that code immediately you also can buy unlock code from third party sites with lower price and just need to wait a couple minutes.

if you forget your password just perform the hard reset operation because as of ,NO naster code was available for your unit that can calculate online...To perform a HTC HD2 Leo hard reset with buttons do this ...


1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, then press the END/POWER button shortly and release it. You will then see this message on the screen.
2. Release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
3. Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

To perform a clear storage

1. On the Home screen, slide to the Settings tab and then tap Security > Factory reset.
2. Enter "1234 " and then tap Yes.

i have installed CHT editor software in my HTC HD2 around 1month ago..
It is working fine 4 me... Today i enabled the phone security code (simple pin) and also unlocked it many times b4 problem occurs..
bt after dat i switched off my phn n nw its demanding the security code which i entered d same with which i opened it many times...bt every time it is showing me wrong password... is there any solution 4 dat... i m pretty much sure dat i m entering d right password..
my mobile model is HTC HD2 T-mobile Leo, i bought it from USA n unlocked it in india...

It was possibly not unlocked properly. When you bought it, what carrier was it locked to? You can buy an unlock code on ebay for about $10:

I can input the numeric code for my password but when I press the unlock key it is not responding..my phone is HTC HD2 touch

HTC might help you with this because it is so new. However if you dropped it (etc.) and if HTC doesn't replace it for you, You can get the part at HTC HD2 Repair and there is a guide that shows you how to put in the part at HTC Repair Guide.
