Sir My CQ 40 144 TU Compaq notebook screen flickers many times when I turn on the system and move the screen to and fro. At only one particular position it does not flickers. Please tell me a solution to this problem

That may indicate that something is wrong probably with the inverter board. its a hardware issue and may require you to have unit dismantled and checked.

hmm error on blue page saying windows setup can not complete? ok this sounds like your disk is dirty or scratched. check the disk to insure that its not dirty or scratched. even the smallest finger print can interrupt the installation try cleaning the disk.
