firstly you wouldnt talk to me about refunding your credit card secondly if this did not help then you could simply message me back and i would look further into exactly what you are looking for this is a chat typed situation where we go back and forth until you are satified with the outcome of your questions the diagrams do show you how to take the handle apart if you are looking for more information on this then you would simply ask and i could look further into the problem. i will personally contact the company that makes this unit and reply after i have conversed with them Thank you Rick
p.s you asked in your original post you need to open the handle because I have a loose contact in the power cable these diagrams even show the screws that you have to remove in order to acess where the plug goes into the unit please state exactly what you are looking for instead of makeing short vague comments on what will help you in your situation if your looking for a complete service manual to this unit very sorry but they dont make one for the public to view fi you would like to contact robot coupe about this further to reach there customer support you would click here http://www.robotcoupe.net/help.php?secti... and then you would also be able to send your unit back to them to have them repair the unit this is how they want it done at this company and by following there procedures is about the best way to get your unit fixed Thanks again Rick
I have sent them a personal message requesting the service manual from them and i am awaiting there reply Thank you Rick
there is a solution provided as to the diagrams provided which is what you asked for in your oringal post lastly i have also contacted directly to robotcoupe on the matter of your service manual So you can choose to wait for them to respond to my contacting them or you can continue acting in your rude state. you obviously havent read what i wrote in my previous reply so maybe we can just chalk this one up to an illiteracy issue that you are having atm have a great day Rick

Hi, I have looked for a service manual, but cannot seem to find one.
However these are not that complicated, and if you are simply going to replace the cord, then i think you should be Ok without one?
Just open it up, and get a replacement cord, and reattach it exactly as it comes off, I think you will be Ok.
As you will see when you get inside there is not too much to them.

The thing is that to be able to replace the cord, I'll need to unassamble the machine
