Hi my name is maria camacho and today i ordered a dell laptop battery from buy.com for $29.94but later when i check paypal it says that i ordered 2 but i only ordered one. I called buy.com and they said that they couldnt cancel the order and we would have to pay for 2. It could mean that besides your username which is letters you can use only numbers , hyphens and commas , just enter your name as it is and give it a try , it should work fine ...:)
