I would purchase a use logic board or a comparable laptop via eBay There are numerous laptops of your type for sale that have broken screens for a fair price.The screens are very hard to find on eBay for sale, But a good working screen is worth it's weight in gold. The random screen issue is normally caused by the logic board and not the screen.
hello,the screen is faulty from the problem you posted above,this can equally be fixed.all you need to do is to get another screen to replace the faulty one.
I will suggest you take it to a mobile phone engineer to help you fix it,and this will make your screen come back to normal as it was.
possible the firmwar is damage or sum ics have burn because of a power spike, or brownage while it was on charge, take it to a repair shop to be checked

Well the 8125 is an HTC Wizard not a TyTn. The TyTn is an 8525 and is prone to white screen problems that are discussed at length on www.XDA-Developers.com
It may be in your case that the internal connector is needing re-seated. To do this yourself is warranty voiding but if you dare there are manuals and guides here:
