Sounds like you have board problems.
unplug everything from it first and see if this helps could be something you have plugged up could be bad too.
you will have to open box and look for damage and then one by one unplug something and then reboot to see what it might be.

What keys change bios values on asus u46e

Restart your computer

During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup usually the Delete or F2 key
this will vary depending on your computer and operating system

Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS using the arrow keys load failsafe defaults or load optimized defaults press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart

this will set the boot order
hope this helps

if this fails you might try some of these

Acer: - Ctrl+Alt+Esc

ALR PC: (F2) or (Ctrl)(Alt)Esc)

AMI BIOS: (Del), (F1) or (F2)

AST, Advantage, Award, Tandon: - Ctrl + Alt + Esc

Award BIOS: (Del) or (Ctrl)(Alt)(Esc)

My Compaq sr1800nx desktop boots to a black screen with white text with the options of F1 setup or F2 continue instead of the normal boot up. If I select F2 it will continue and boot up normally.

Sounds like you have to open task manager. probably threw ctrl+del keys together. then once the task manager is open you have the option of typing explorer.exe

once the windows desktop apears go to start then run and type chkdsk c: /R this will recover bad files that are possibly missing from the boot volume. the issue happens when software tries to alter the master boot record where windows load's the operating files off of the main drive root partition. hope this helps you.
Good Luck

Once your task manager starts click on application and then new command type explorer in the popup and hit enter. This will solve your problem for now. If you wan't to make this permanent on every startup. then add explorer program to your startup list

Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart error

Is it a black screen right when you boot your computer? If so this could be a fatal disk error and the harddrive has crashed.

There is no easy fix other than to replace the harddrive.

Flashing Green light on back and tower won't come on.

Yes, you should try replacing the power supply first. If that doesn't work, then it could be a bad motherboard.
