Hi, If you are in your tablet, touch "settings" they should show up on the left side of your screen. Scroll down until you see "Reset to Default tap that and it will take you to another screen asking you if you really want to do that, make your selection and Zeki will automatically do it's thing and erase everything, shutdown and power up again. This should be the same for all Zeki Tablets.
Sounds like a hardware problem, in which case there really are no recommendable do-it-yourself solutions. Contact the store you bought the system from, if the DSi XL is still under warranty, or take it to a repair shop.
You must have zoomed-in the screen accidentally. It's easy to zoom-out, just double-tap anywhere on the screen using 3 of your fingers (simultaneously) and everything will go back to normal.
And in case you want to zoom-in again, just do the same thing.

What you have to do is this:
Insert the 6200 card.
Boot the computer, do not change ANY settings.
Go to this site:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
select these options:
Product type: GeForce
Product Series: GeForce 6 series
Operating System: Your operating system.
And your language.
Then click Search and download the driver.
Install it, and then change your screen resolution in Windows' Control Panel.
Everything should work fine after that.
I hope this helps,
Yannick.
Hi,
On the e-Machine desktop, go to the CMOS/BIOS set-up and set everything to default or fail-safe settings. Save and Exit. Verify also that the desktop auto detected the hard disk.
If the unit will still not boot to the OS, you may have to reinstall/recover. Slip in the installer/recovery CD and opt for "Repair"
Hope that this be of some help/idea. Post back how things stand or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
