The latest drivers for this model is for Windows XP.
If you're using operating system like Windows Vista or Windows 7, probably the driver will not work, but you still can try.

after install the software... enter in device manager and choose : ACTION scan for hardware changes. It will redetect flatabble scaner 22 and should say that the driver is ok. On my workstation this works . I am using win7 ultimate x64
