Disconnect from power reset dial to zero after two minutes riconnect power and wait lapse time couple of minutes to see if lights comes on to open door if can not then motherboard damage also try to do a small wash to the end to see if this resets programme
Machine has not finished it cicle reset to zero. Take power off.wait a couple of minutes riconnect power run a small cicle.this is assuming water pump is working and filter is clean have you checked this?

The linkage system, from the door handle to the door latch, is disconnected somewhere, or broken. The door panel has to be removed, the linkage system have to be inspected, any the faulty part has to be replaced, and riconnect the linkage to the door handle and the door latch.
without the specifc model number i beleive you hold down the button under the filter light to clear it i think its a hidden button right under the light but if not send me the model num and ill look it up
