Wat is H3 error in bluestar split Ac?

Hello Yogesh...

Unless you are familiar with the BASICS of REFRIGERATION...
"H3" ERROR CODE means it is "Out of ORDER"...

Broken: Needs repair.

By searching the internet "split A/C " It defines a
COMPRESSOR overload protection is trying to
SAVE your equipment FROM SELF DESTRUCTION.

See second detail sheet (below)

"COMPRESSER"
Is the heart of MOST modern refrigeration systems.
In a SPLIT system it is the outside unit with the FAN
that should be running when the COMPRESSER is
in action. Typically then compressed & COOLED
REFRIGERANT is then piped into a cooling element
EXACTLY LIKE MOST REFRIGERATORS where the
cooling takes place (expansion valve and evaporator).

Treated AIR (indoor) is then blown through the
evaporator... cooling the room and warming the
refrigerant (which continues to cycle back to the
outside unit where the compressing cycle
continues until the INSIDE temperature is
achieved... (thermostat on the wall)

"COMBINED"
pretty much means EVERYTHING but those combined refrigeration units seen WORLD-WIDE HANGING OUT OF WINDOWS... or on roof-tops with DUCTING for
"treated AIR" to be pumped where needed.

Similarly heat pumps simply have reversible valves...
which turn the coils around (functionally).

There too are split-system (inside/outside) & combined units.

I have a kelvinator ksr25f split system. The green light on the front panel flashes when the unit is turned on.The unit cools ok and when the temp is cool enough the outside unit stops as normal but doesnt...

Check and make sure the outside fan is running. The KSR series Kelvinators were rebadged LG units. It is possible the 6uf fan capacitor on the outside unit has failed.

Need to change from cooling to heating for a Kelvinator KSR27G split sys air con. Have tried ourselves using the remote, but we feel it is not operating correctly. No manual came with it when we purchased...

The cooling symbol on the remote is generally an "icicle" , the heating is a symbol of a blazing sun. Make sure you have selected the right mode. Also check the filters... if they are dirty, you wont get decent heating from any air con.. cheers,

BTW, I believe that electrolux have a site you can download instruction books.

I have an airconditioner a Kelvinator KSR20C Split system

Your condensor fan motor has more than likely gone out. This fan should run at all times when the unit is on. Since the fan isn't working then the motor must have gone out.

I just installed a ductless mini split 12000. when I put power to it the outside unit compresser runs no fan the led read out just blinks very fast the remote does't do any thing

One thing you need to check is Polarity. the 2 wires red and white, need to be on the same terminals inside as they do outside. this is very important.

Air con runs for 5 mins then stops, unit outside still going

ok depending on what part of the world your in and the season . Winter: most split systems are designed around a set given temperature of operation , if this is a heating problem the what you are experiencing is the system going into deforest . bare in mind that those carrier splits are manufactured in china and are designed for about 35 deg C in summer and +5 in winter , anything out of this temp range will cause this , especially if it is running on freon 22 , in-which case it sounds like its short of gas to me . if its a new R410 a system , then check your filters and if they are clean and its still doing the same then it too is short , in each case a refrigeration mechanic is required.

Will Not Heat

On the outdoor unit the fan should not be running, on the indoor unit the fan should be running. If you then check the outdoor unit with fan not running, you should be able to hear clearly that the compressor is actually working. If this is all correct, it is possible that your fourway reverse valve is seeping and needs to be replaced.
