According with the manual...

LED Flashes 7 times means a Throttle fault. Engager levers must be in neutral (centered) position before venicle is turned on. Paddle fault and speed pot fault. Switch vehicle off center levers and switch back on.

I suggest contact the technical service supoort to solve it.

Hope helps.

Rascal Pioneer scooter. Where is the reset button?

There isn't one

To save the batteries, the scooter controller has a sleep mode, which is activated if the scooter is not used but
left switched on for some time. To reset, switch the scooter off and then on again.

What the blue flashing light at the top for

The flashing light indicates that you are in "sleep mode" which conserves battery life. To switch it off go to Settings->Phone->Display and set Sleep Mode to "off".

Heat blows cold air

The LH models (LHS, Concorde, New Yorker, Intrepid, Vision) do have self-diagnostic capability with the standard type heater controls. I don't know about the Sebring heater controls (my '95 manual doesn't mention it) but if you have the various controlknobs/buttons that I will describe you could give it a try.
There is a rear window defogger that is initiated by a push button with an LED light. That light is the readout, by its blinking. To begin the diagnostic mode, run the vehicle at idle with the controls set as follows: the blower speed knob should be on any position other than OFF, the temperature knob should be set in full COOL, and the mode knob should be set on Defrost mode.
To enter the diagnostic mode, press the defogger switch in for five seconds, until it begins to blink, then release it. It will continue to blink for about 30 seconds while it calibrates. If it goes out, the calibration is OK and you can skip 3 paragraphs to "Position...mix mode" below.
If the light stayed on, switch the mode knob to the MIX (defroster-floor) position. If the light stays on there is a problem with the control head unit.
Switch the mode knob to the FLOOR position, if the light stays on, it indicates a problem in the blend door or the blend door actuator wiring.
Move the knob to the Bi-level (panel-floor) position where a continuous light indicates a problem with mode actuator or circuit.
Position the knob in the MIX mode. The LED light should now flash twice then pause, and continue a two-flash sequence, indicating that the MIX mode is OK.
In the FLOOR mode the light should flash three times, meaning that the FLOOR mode is OK.
In the Bi-Level Mode, a four-flash sequence indicates that mode is OK.
In the PANEL mode the light should flash 5 times to indicate no problems there, and in the recirc-panel mode 6 times and seven times in the recirc Bi-level mode.
The temperature control can be checked by switching the mode knob to Defrost and rotating the temperture knob. If the temperature contol is OK, the light will flash faster the more you turn the temperature knob up, until the light goes out at the hottest setting.
Switch the knob between Panel and Recirc-Panel and watch the recirc door (unit under the dash). Proper operation means that circuit and components are OK.
To get out of the self-diagnostic mode, turn off the blower or push the air conditioning button once.
If this doesn't seem to apply to your control head or you get no response from an LED light for the rear defroster, then the Sebring may not have this capability. Please let me know your results if any

Red light flashing constantly on dc16 when on charge, used to just stay permantly red without flashing until it went green when charged up.

I had a similar problem when I bought an after market 2Ah battery. Would stay solid red for a few seconds then flash red. I believe my problem was that the battery had gone into "sleep mode" I.e. it was discharged to the point that it "sleeps" in order to protect itself. So......I simply attached a domestic DC multi adapter to the terminals on the battery that are marked + and - (the 2 outside terminals on a DC16 Dyson battery). Switched on the DC adapter for around 10mins and this was enough to "wake" the battery. It now charges as normal attached to the DC16 in the Dyson charge mount.

I have a intermatic ej351c indoor wall switch programmable timer that I have tried several time to program an on time for the lights to come on however the lights does come on. I have followed the...

There might be a couple things that are easy to overlook.

Press the button to see if lights come on >>> if light do not turn on with manual override, then light might be burned out or circuit breaker tripped. Sometimes a breaker is tripped but you can't tell by looking at it

1) The timer is used on incandescent bulbs only. I don't know why, but it says no
  • Compact Florescent
  • Energy Saver
  • Flood lights
  • Halogen
  • Mercury Vapor
  • Christmas lights
  • Candelabra bulbs
2) Is the red indicator light ON?
For programs to work, timer has to be in automatic mode and the red indicator light will be ON
The Switch Timer can be used in two modes. manual & automatic
To switch between modes, quickly press the dial twice:
AUTOMATIC MODE: The Switch Timer will turn your lights ON or OFF according to programmed settings. The RED indicator light stays ON when in Automatic Mode.

MANUAL MODE: Programmed settings are inactive, and
the Switch Timer will only turn the light ON or OFF when
you push on the dial.
RED indicator light stays OFF when in Manual mode.

3) setting current time> lets look at the red indicator light while doing this
Move switch lever to OFF-Clear
Move lever to ON >>> red indicator is flashing
Rotate dial to nearest current time (if it's 7:20 pm, rotate dial to 7:30pm)
Press the dial once to set current time > red indicator light goes off
Do not accidentally press dial or it will set the wrong time....ok we know that

4) overlapping programs/
Make a chart of the times you want to program with ON and OFF plus am & pm
Check your chart for overlapping times that tell the timer to do more than one thing

Rotate dial clockwise to the first ON time >> pay attention to am & pm
Press button and first ON time is set
Rotate dial clockwise to the first OFF time >> watch the am and pm
Press button and first OFF time is set
You can have 48 on-off times >>> which seems a lot for a 24 hour repeat timer

5) try the timer with one program

6) If timer still doesn't work, put switch back in and see if lights turn on that way >>> it could be a loose wire suddenly cropped up

Last step >>> timer is no good, you need another one. We tried.

3 lights o right hand side of laptop what do they mean

The user manual will supply an in-depth explanation of the led-indicators, aswell as there are normally small icons assigned to each light, sometimes engraved in the plastics, normal lights to be active at average usage are the Power led indicator, will glow as long as device is turned on, the Wireless led indicator will glow when the wireless network module is active, the CPU led indicator will flash occasionally when system is idle, and rapidly when system is active under load, and the Battery led indicator will be active when device is running on battery power. When device goes into sleep or hibernate mode the sleep led indicator might continuously glow or slowly switch on & off varying between systems.

Furnace blows cold air, ignitor won't glow.

ok this is going to sound funny but it seems as though the polarity is reversed going into your furnance. to correct this proiblem you first need to unplug the unit and where the cord goes into the furnance at that connection disconnect the two wires. Once theses are disconnected switch the wires .All you are doing is reversing the way the electricity flows into the circut board. I would wager that is the problem
