Just configure the wireless setting in the PS3 with the wireless router's settings Eg. the wireless router's SSID and encryption etc.
If you don't remember the wireless router's settings then open IE browser and enter the router's IP configuration address and go to the wireless settings.
Use these settings and go into the PS3 wireless configuration and enter the router's wireless settings.
The PS3 will now connect to the wireless router.
If you plan on only using the wireless router once it's set up, you may as well get rid of the wired one right now. You can easily set up the wireless router while the wired is still running (plug your computer directly into the wireless router), but you don't need it. If you have a lot of settings you need to move over (port forwarding, QoS rules, etc.), open those configuration pages of your wired router in new browser windows so when you turn it off, you can see all your settings and copy them to your wireless router.
