The fan is not operating -- when this conditon exists, the unit will not fire up. Here's a link to the manual. The unit needs servicing.

Here are some excerpts from the manual relative to the blower prover and error msgs.

If the Blower Prover switch contacts do not close after the

Combustion Blower is energized the Control System will lock out and display Blower Prover Open

Blower Prover Open

Fault occurred 2 mins ago

The blower prover switch remains

open after the blower has been

energized.

Call a service professional:

These plastic sensing tubes must be routed to the correct sensing ports on the water heater. Sensing tube

routing should always be checked whenever Blower Prover Open, Blower Prover Failure, Blocked Air

Intake or Blocked Exhaust is displayed on the Control System LCD, see Figure 31 on page 29. These "Fault

Conditions" can be caused by incorrect sensing tube routing.

Have a titan n-120 tankless water heater that gets very hot at sink but not hot at shower.

the common cause of that is you have higher water pressure at your sink tap..and have lower water pressure at your shower.. because your using a multi-point type water heater..it requires 2.0 ltrs/min..
you do this...try to open your shower together with your sink tap faucet.

Ao appears after ignigtion

Either the fan is not working, or the fan prover (pressure switch) switch is stuck. If you can hear the fan going strong, it is most likely the switch. You may try to just clean it out, but you may need a replacement.

This error is produced when the blower prover switch does not close after the blower starts, the control will stop the ignition and go into lockout. Automatic reset is immediate after the blower prover switch closes.

If you keep having this problem, contact a reputable service company, especially if it's under warranty.

The link to the owners manual is below, it references fault codes, etc..

Hope this helps.

After installing the thermo bypass valve on the furthest sink faucet from the water heater, the sink faucet has no pressure, and there is hot water slowly comling out of the cold water valve.

It sounds like the installation loosened sediment inside pipe.
Remove sink aerator and see if you can flush open the faucet.

Also check if other faucets are receiving hot water from hot-and-cold taps that says if grundfos is pumping hot water from the water heater correctly.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Water-heater-recirculation-system.html

When recirculation pump is running, both hot and cold water lines have hot water.
If other faucets have hot water in both lines, then that tells you the blockage is localized in furthest faucet supply lines.
You may have to dissemble those supply lines and flush the sediment out.

Diswasher not heating water

check your connections under the sink. A dishwasher (unless it is a commercial one) is not built to heat water the water is supplied via the water heater via the sink angle stop. The dishwasher does however have a heating element inside used to dry the dishes. I would check the hot water side of the sink where the dishwasher is connected to see if the problem could be in that area. Check your setting on the machine. Good Luck on your repairs

Hi, We have one of your tankless hot water heaters. At about this time of the year in southern CA it is difficult to take a shower. We run either really hot or really cold. Is this due to the water tanks...

Your water in southern california is very hot during the summer months. I would try pulling the aerators out of the sinks and shower heads and also pull the inlet screen out of the watervalve connection on the heater itself
