Go in to the folders in your programfiles and find the remainder of files that wasn't deleted from the uninstall. Go to the CD-rom and right click Open then klick the Setup.exe
For that first you need to uninstall completely from computer. Click here Click on above link download revo then install it in computer then run it then select your games and uninstall . Remove registry keys when it ask for remove . Then reinstall games from disk or download it from internet . If you play online games then turn off the firewall of windows and antivirus because it blocks games or you need to open port in your router to play games. Scan computer with updated antivirus too. there is a program named revo uninstaller that will help you remove the program and scan for any remaining information after the uninstall. I should clean up and reqgistry keys etc that might be messing with your uninstall/reinstall. Run this program and unstall the game with it. Then run an advanced scan and delete any items it finds. then reinstall your game. Hope this helps
Im not sure what you could do about the first half of your problem, but i think i know a way that might fix the second bit.
Uninstall, and click no, i dont want to save my petz, and then continue w/ the uninstalling (and hope it works :p)
when thats finished, install again, and play the game from My Computor, Petz, and play.

the solution on the cd disc is to remove the cd out then uninstall the all games installed in this cd drive replace cd drive when it comes to uninstalling sim delux is goto where saved games in sim deluxe and save folder to a different location then uninstall then re-install with new cd drive and hunt net for nc patches for games that work if this still doesn't work time for re-install windows from scratch if you have a spare hard drive use it to copy all game saves to it then redo windows and all drivers then all games then place saves back into place where they came from.
