sound like your core is geting hot is your fan working is so try cleaning it with small birst of air plus check your bios settings..if not overheating try factory settings...
Did you get a driver set up disk when you bought the laptop? It should have a drivers disk that has the driver for your bluetooth if not go to dell web site and you can download it.
Turn off computer Locate a small hole in DVD drive lid. Carefully insert a straightened paper clip. Gently push & the
lid should pop out. Then you can open the drive & remove the CD Restart the computer and see if drive is damaged or not
please try to install the driver and software of the webcam again, I'am giving the link to you for the download, please check under the

you can also check the driver and software in the backup recovery disk by simply installing the software and the driver the webcam should work.
Have you already tried to mannually open the tray, by inserting a thin straight object (like a unbent paper clip) in the manual eject hole on the optical disk drive? The hole exists for that pupose.
Nope. If you dont have a password disk or a dell windowz disk, you cant do it. This is too help against laptop theft. Thus happened to me but i had the orig dell windows recovery disk. Im not a dell tech, so there still may be a way that I am unaware of. Good Luck
