Hi, cant sign in with my hotmail password and my account has been locked on accusations of siigning in with a wrong passward yet i'm very sure its the passward i always use.

If the lock is only temporary, I would suggest waiting for it to be unlocked, in case you do something that might lock it permanently, however you could try this:
Hotmail is now called Outlook, and an inability to sign on usually means that the username or password entered is incorrect according to their records. If you go to the login page you will find two options below the sign in button ie Can't access your account and Sign in with a single use code.
If you try either one of these and follow the instructions then you should be able to get into your account. Once in I suggest that you change your password for future access.

Check you username and password.
Hotmail passwords are case sensitive, so something as simple as having your caps lock on can keep you from accessing your account.
Double check to be sure you are typing both your username and password exactly how you created them.
Reset your password.
If you haven't logged into your Hotmail in some time and suspect you might be using the wrong password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Hotmail log-in page.
On the next screen, follow the prompts to enter your email address and the given security verification code.
Click "continue" and on the next screen, select the option that allows you to answer your pre-set security question.
This is a question you supplied when you set up your Hotmail account.
After correctly answering the question, you will be prompted to reset your password.
Clear your browser history and temporary Internet folders if you are continually getting a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message when you log in.
The exact procedure for doing this depends on your operating system and browser.
If you continue to get see this message, it could indicate a problem with the Hotmail server.
Check the status of the network on a site like Down Right Now that reports server problems on popular sites.
Submit a support request on the Windows Live page.
On the Windows Live site, select "Hotmail" under "Standard Services."
A search screen will open that will allow you to check out a variety of Hotmail related support topics.
At the bottom of that screen, choose "get more help" and then "support."
A support form will open for you to complete and submit to the Hotmail team.
You will receive an answer within 24 hours.
Note that you will need a second email account that you can access so that the Hotmail support staff can send you your answer.

In the right hand corner on the hotmail homepage you should see help center down in the bottom right hand corner tab click on that another page will open you should see another help center click on that again another page will open with account , calender , contacts, essentials Click on the account tab another page will open with if you have forgotten your password or are having trouble signing in yet another page will open get help with your password problem or signing in click on it you should see something like I forgot my password or I know my password but am having trouble signing in I think someone else is using my hotmail account at the sign in for your hotmail account click on forgot password tab another page will open then on the reset password tab Hope this helps.

4. Click on I forgot my password(radio button)
   
5. Then click on reset your password

When you bring up your hotmail sign in page right under where you would put in your password , it will say " Forgot password " click on that and type in your email address , and it will send your password to you , but seems how you cant log in to get it , create another account and email the problem to them requesting your old password .............Good luck Roy

Hi there. To reset your hotmail password, go to www.hotmail.com and from there select the "Forgot your password?" link. Hit the "I forgot my password" radio button, then click "reset your password". From there, type in your e-mail address (make sure not to spell anything wrong!) and type in the characters in the picture. If you can't get it right, then reset the picture. You will have 3 options now - e-mail a reset link, answer a security question, or contact support. You can choose any of these. The first one will only work if you had a separate account attached to your hotmail. The second one is easy - just answer your security question. You picked this when you signed up for your account. As a last resort, contact support. You will have to fill in a form with some information about your account, but they will be happy to help and should reset your account for you! Check caps lock is not on and try again.
Forgot your password? click on the forgot password link to try and reset the password, if you are not able to do this, you may be able to use a different email account (Hotmail/livemail/googlemail/yahoo and many more) and contact the support people. If they cant help you, you will have to get a new email account

Your Hotmail account has been hacked, you must contact Microsoft about this so they can access your account and set you a new password
