The scroll button wont scroll. It clicks ok but wont scroll through documents, websites or game controls.

Many iPhone users that play King games are having problems with them connecting to Facebook. King is currently working on a bug fix to try and stop it but, I have told several people, sign out of facebook on your phone, go to settings-safari-scroll to advanced-click website data-delete all website data-go back and delete all cookies and history- then double click the bottom button and your visited app will show-hold any of them for 3 seconds and an x will appear- erase all of them one by one- then holding the bottom button and top button shut the phone down, this is a cold reboot- then restart your phone and once rebooted click on the King game you wish to play and follow the steps. This works 9 out of 10 times.

Go to the control panel to the Mouse options and click on the Gestures tab and there is an

option that under Virtual Scrolling "Enable Virtual Scrolling" disable that option and that

should stop the auto scroll.

** First create a Restore Point with System Restore **

1. Go to My Documents folder
2. Click on Tools menu then Folder Options menu
3. Scroll down to the file type you are having problems with, and then click it.
4. Click the Change... button in the middle of the window to open up the Open With window.
5. Pick a new program to open up your file type. If it is not in the list, you can look for it on your computer by clicking the Browse... button.
6. When you are finished, click OK.
7. If done, Click OK to close the Folder Options... window; or make more changes and click OK when done.
8. Close My Documents folder

Appears they have a factory reset option Hold down the start button and the home button at the same time. This will bring up a menu to format the device. It clears all the apps but takes you back to the original settings. There are 4 menu options use the volume buttons to scroll up and down and the home button to select. Worked perfect for me after a day of reading these websites.

You need to change the default tray. Thats the reason its printing one page at a time. You can change the default tray to draw paper from two ways, by using the controls on the printer itself or by changing the settings when you print a document.

To change it on the printer, go to menu on the printers keys and scroll the options until you find the print settings. Use the up and down arrows to scroll and press enter or OK when you find print settings. Continue to scroll until you see the default paper tray and change it from the manual feed choice to the default paper tray.

If changing from the print settings in the computer, when in a document that you want to print go to file at the top of the page and then print and click on preferences. Try this. Follow the instructions carefully.
First, you have to stop the Print Spooler. To do this:
1. Click on the Windows logo start button.
2. Go to Control Panel
3. Open Administrative Tools
4. Open Services
5. It will pop-up a Services window. Scroll through the list and look for Print Spooler.
6. Double-click on Print Spooler, and click on the Stop button. Click on Ok button. Set the window aside.
Second, you need to clear the print jobs in the Spool folder. To do this:
1. Click on the Windows logo start button.
2. Click on Run and type Spool. Hit Ok.
3. Open Printers folder
4. Delete all the files in the Printers folder. Close the window.
Third, you have to enable the Print Spooler. To do this:
1. Go back to Services window.
2. Double-click on Print Spooler, and click on the Start button. Click on Ok button. Close the Services window. Click on the Windows logo start button. Go to Control Panel and open Printers folder. Go to; Device Settings, in the (Devices) block, click on, and Highlight; the item you want to (enable) this being the Pointer Device. Click the Enable button, just below. Be sure to (Click) on the Apply button, click OK. You may need to Update Drivers. Click on Hardware, click Properties, click, on Driver. If the, Update Driver (block) is not Grayed-out click Update Driver, click (OK), this will ensure that the application take effect. Note: Restarting the computer will configure system changes in the computer applications to prevent errors, and to finalize the (Installing / Uninstalling) of programs, and or (Enabling / Disabling) of Hardware. When using Internet Explorer, you need to disable the status bar. To do this, open an IE window, click Tools and then Internet Options. Click Security then the custom level button. About half way down in that box you will see Miscellaneous, under that look for "Allow websites to open windows without address or status bar" click enable then OK. Click Apply on the next window if that is an option and then OK (just click OK if Apply is greyed out.)

If you are using Firefox, open a Firefox window, click View and uncheck Status Bar.

Go to control panel double click game controllers Click add from the drop down list click 2 axis 2 button Joystick click ok and wait for it to show in the installed game controllers window highlight the entry and click on properties in the window that pops up click on the settings tab and then calibrate the joystick with the calibrate tab when you have done this your joystick will be working ok.
