I have a KX-t7731 phone system. I need to delete a couple of extensions and this quick reference guide doesn't tell you how. Also is there a better user manual out there that tells you how to fix and program things, without having to search for hours on internet for or depend on a dealer for an answer.

The KX-T7731 is just the phone. The auto attendant is controlled by the PBX. To change the message, please consult the manual for the PBX. If you don't have that manual, please reply to this post and specify the model of your PBX.
I"d start by pressing the Caps Lock button on my keyboard to ask a question and use that key marked Shift to capitalize the first letter of a sentence and proper names.
Extension names are programmed in SYSTEM programming. Access to that is done from the phone connected to the first extension in your system, usually 101, with a system password. In a TA Series, it's program 604. In some others, it's program 004.
115 is the port the voice mail is on. The prompt is "enter password then #". The password is your voice mail password from the extension you're calling from. If you are trying to get your messages from another phone, press #6 * and your extension. It will then ask you for your password to your voice mail.
There are FOUR system manuals and TWO manuals for the TVA or TVS voice mail system. None of them say 7731 on the face of them, so post back with you KSU and Voice mail models.
depending on what system you have here are 2 options for personal messages - TVM system dial into voicemail (usually 200 or 500) dial 3 1 1 and follow the prompt (the older system is option 5 1 1)
SVM dial *382 your message will be played back to change it dial *381

A 7731 phone will function on any one of 18 or so different Panasonic system cabinets. Now, which "user guide" are you looking at? SYSTEM speed dial is set from the first extension or the maintanance console of the phone system. PERSONAL FEATURE (speed dials on the right side of the phone) are pretty much universally programmed by PROGRAM button, 9+ number STORE.
The phone you have (KX-T7730) requires a phone system to operate. This phone can be installed on a few different Panasonic phone systems. You need a "programming" manual for the phone system to do what you want (not a user guide) so you will first need to determine which system you have. Look for a part number on the system itself, it should start with "KXT" just like the phone.
